Krisiti, thanks! We are always looking for ways to slide veggies into a meal since our kids are not fans of them. So when we can get them into something they love, like pasta, it makes it a little less of a battle to get them to eat them.

I love how simple this sounds and I bet it would be a kid fav! Our kids would really enjoy this because they love pasta – though i always like to use a whole grain pasta like Kamut Wheat for added nutrition! I can’t wait to give this a try Merry Christmas!

Hi — love this blog. I am a huge advocate of cooking with kids – I have a cooking show called Stress Free Cooking and one of the episodes of the new season is Cooking with Kids, particularly my grandson Alex. We visit some local farms and return to my kitchen to prepare meatballs from local beef, a focaccia topped with local veggies, and a peach pie. It airs on PBS. I know that it will air in NJ on Dec. 18th.
